Collings Services has introduced three electric vans into its fleet, helping reduce fossil fuel use while improving how teams service sites across Tasmania.

Collings Services has taken an important step forward by introducing three electric vans into our fleet.

The new vehicles are being used to support UTAS and van run operations, helping our teams move between sites while reducing fossil fuel usage and operating costs. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improving the way we deliver services while considering the impact we have on the environment and the wider community.

For a cleaning business operating across multiple sites, transport is an important part of daily operations. Introducing electric vans allows us to modernise our fleet and look for practical ways to reduce emissions without compromising service delivery.

This initiative also reflects our broader approach to continuous improvement. Whether it is through better equipment, safer systems, or more efficient ways of working, Collings Services is always looking for ways to support our staff, improve outcomes for clients and operate responsibly.

We are excited to see how these vehicles support our teams and contribute to more sustainable operations across Tasmania.
