Matthew Collings

Chief Executive Officer | Director

Matthew thrives on challenges, and his strengths are strategic planning and innovation. Grounded in his Christian values, Matthew is reflective of the culture of the workplace and believes honesty, reliability, fairness and transparency sets him apart.

After 16 years in the cleaning industry and 10 years in his managerial role, Matthew achieves industry benchmarks in productivity. KEY to his success is superior performance in delivering leadership to his employees, ensuring quality commercial cleaning throughout Tasmania. 

Matthew approaches his relationships with customers as close partnerships to achieve mutual goals and outcomes. He is highly motivated by his Life Purpose and wants to address the generational unemployment in Tasmania.

Grant Strange

State Operations Manager

Grant has extensive experience in sales, leadership and management roles.  Originally from Tasmania, Grant moved to NSW and VIC for better job opportunities. He then worked as a Territory and TAS/VIC sales Manager with Davey Water Products. He strongly believes that his Tasmanian roots pulled him back and he moved back to Launceston in 2017 with his family.  Grant joined the senior leadership team at Collings Services in 2022 and has been instrumental in continuing to improve our operations team, culture and processes.

Grant likes to find the root cause of a problem as he is very passionate about problem-solving and fault finding, overcoming and resolving issues.

Mauricio Costa

Southern Operations Manager

Mauricio has been working in management roles since 2013 and completed his MBA in 2019 in Brisbane.  Mauricio has relevant experience in the cleaning industry, working as a cleaner and supervisor in Brisbane while completing his MBA.  Some of his experience includes, scheduling, task delegation, managing and measuring performance and safety and supporting his team to drive productivity and efficiency.

In 2022, Sue became a member of our Senior Leadership Team, and she has instilled our company values and implemented new systems such as deputy rostering and time and attendance tracking. Our team loves Sue's enthusiasm, empathetic nature, and sense of humor.  She's done numerous administration, executive & personal assistant roles with a background in pharmaceuticals and is great at supporting our clients and operations teams.

Having worked for Collings for more than two years, Chloe is an integral part of our administration team.

Maintaining an organised and welcoming office environment is one of her responsibilities.

She welcomes visitors and assists with a wide range of administrative tasks.
