Collings Services continues to invest in staff training, coaching and practical systems that support safe, consistent cleaning across our sites.

Collings Services continues to invest in training, coaching and practical support for our cleaning teams across Tasmania.

Our coaching roles help new staff learn correct procedures and provide ongoing support to existing team members. Coaches visit sites, assist with consistent cleaning practices and share practical tips that help our teams work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Training is an important part of delivering reliable cleaning services. This includes the correct use of chemicals, understanding site requirements, following standard operating procedures and using colour-coded cleaning systems to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

Colour-coded cleaning helps separate equipment for different areas, such as general areas, bathrooms, kitchens and infectious areas. This supports safer outcomes for staff, customers, visitors and clients, while making training clearer and easier to follow.

By investing in training and coaching, Collings Services is supporting both our people and our clients. Well-trained staff are better equipped to work safely, respond to site needs and deliver consistent results.
